Host answers

What does Kove do for tourist tax?

Kove prepares a reviewable nights summary and tourist-tax working calculation from the data you provide. This is not legal or accounting advice and does not replace checking the municipal ordinance; official source: Bulgaria Ministry of Finance, Tourist Tax — https://www.minfin.bg/bg/781.

Does Kove submit ESTI records for me?

Kove prepares guest-registration data and files for review; it does not claim an ESTI record was submitted without your separate action. Official source: Bulgaria Ministry of Tourism, Unified Tourist Information System — https://www.tourism.government.bg/bg/kategorii/edinnata-sistema-za-turisticheska-informaciya.

Do I need to connect my mailbox first?

No. You can start with one pasted or forwarded Booking.com or Airbnb confirmation, and email or calendar connections can wait until after the first useful result.

What accountant report does Kove prepare?

Kove prepares a working pack of bookings, documents, calculations, and exports for your review before sharing. It is not an official annual financial statement filing; check the Registry Agency — https://www.registryagency.bg/bg/registri/targovski-registar/kak-da-podam-finansov-otchet/ and NSI — https://www.nsi.bg/en for formal filing requirements.

Will guest data leak across properties?

It should not. Guest records, documents, and reports are organized by property and stay reviewable before export or filing.
